Hi,

I have just bought a second hand Packard bell Celeron 333 with 64MB of Ram. I would like to know how to get the sound working as The hard drive was corrupt and I had to add a new one. The sound seems to be on board the chip is a Yamaha XG ymf 740-v 9822 EABG. can you tell me where I can get the drivers for this and how I install them. Also can you tell me how to find out what the motherboard is.

Thanks

Use one of these programs to help you find hardware details of your computer: http://www.belarc.com/Download.html

For the drivers please ask in the Drivers forum. I'll move your post there.
