I have a friend that has done all my back ups. He is moving and I want to start backing up myself. I need help finding the four programs that he told me to use. I need Alcohol 120%,Flash Ftp, Simple X iso, And ADR Patcher. Can any one lend me any advice as to how I can find these safely without getting a virus. I also need a safe virus program. Any advice??????

ok here's what i do to back up copys..... well i do some thing diftrent but it all works out in the end.

1) download qwix [URL=http://www.teamavalaunch.com/qwix/]here
2) download bitourent [URL=http://www.bittorrent.com/download.myt]here
3)the sites i go to that are good are [URL=http://www.mininova.org/sub/16]mininova and [URL=http://www.meganova.org/subcat/14.html]meganova but you can also do a google seach for xbox torents.
4)create a file on your desktop called tourents or something you will remember
5)dounload a tourent to your file and name it to the exact title(the people like to put in there web site or name and forget the title of the game) it will be easer
6)load up bit tourent open your tourent file and set the up load to max wait about 30 min to see if the download rate is up. if not then its a bad tourent happens every once in a while. it may take hours.
7)it will be eather in two formats a nero image file(get nero [URL=http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/nero7-demo.php]here ) or just plain files.
1)) if its plain files then load up qwix and go to create iso. then load up nero burning rom go torecorder burn image.
2)) if itsan image then go to nero buning rom recorder burn image.

then your done :gabby: :gabby: oooohhhhhh one more thing you must bur to a dvd-r and all the sites above are virus free
