Hi guys,

I have a 'TSSTcorp CD/DVDW TS-H552B' DVD+R/RW drive.

It has always been working perfectly up untill recently. I havent mad any specific system changes that im aware of.

The current state, It will read most CD's but will not write to any type of CD.
when you put a blank CD-R / CD-RW in the drive, it flashes and flashes and never actually seems to reckognise that its a blank disk.

I've tried a few things with no luck.

Any ideas as to next step?

I was going to post a possible solution, but after your impatient and smart comment, you can fix it yourself.

We don't get paid for this, so the least you can do is say nothing.
