I'v been recording just fine until yesterday. This error has caused me to lose four cd-r's. Here's part of the log file with the error. Just recently I changed the cable on the back to use on my hdd and used the former cable on the hdd to my cd drive. But I experienced no problems after doing that so I'm not sure if that's a conflict. Nothing showed in device manager. I'd appreciate it if someone can offer advice what the problem may be and how to fix it.

The obvious question is; have you tried a different brand of discs? Also, what speed are you burning at? Some discs won`t burn at their supposed maximum speed rating.
