Help needed please.

I recently re-installed my pc. I imported my emails and my address book which was all fine. However, the address book section in Outlook Express called 'contacts' says that there are no contacts in my address book but when i click the address book icon in outlook express all my email address are there.

Can anyone please help and tell me why my address book shows empty in the contacts section.
