First off, you want to restore your computer, not reboot :)
You need to go into your bios and set the boot sequence to cdrom as first choice. Once you do that, follow the instructions after rebooting. If you don't know how to get into your bios or what I'm talking about, post back :) I doubt you need a floppy.

What is your computer brand? someone can more readly help if they knew it. if its a hp, ussaly you press the F10 key as it boots up, if you miss it then reboot and hold the F10 key, look for your boot options, or it may ask you for your disk automatically, my computers access to bios is the DEL key , but I custom built it

Your model shouldn't require a CD to restore it to factory settings.

It should have a hidden partition with the operating system installed.

You can access it by pressing F11 while it's booting, or you should have a SmartRestore icon in your systray.
