So I downloaded Yakuza for backup purposes, and I accidentally un-rar'd the actual ISO. I tried to burn those files to a DVD, but it didn't work. Then I tried to throw them all in an ISO using Magic ISO, but that didn't work either. Is there any way I can salvage those files, or am I SOL?

if have nero burning rom,you can try that

select the last option on the list (udf/iso compilation),with NO multisession
drop all the files in there

then burn it to dvd

if you have a single file that is over 2gb though,nero wont accept it

then you are looking using a program called cd/dvd gen,but for that you will need the correct file order
