I have a program called Real Flight 2. I want to install it in my second computer but this program needs to have the original disk in the computer to run the program. Also I tried to copy it and it will not install on my other computer. I can't see anything on the disk that shows me anything that has not copied to the new cd. Is there a program or way to find the file to allow me to copy it and be able to install it onto my other computer? I am thinking that this problem has already beed discussed but I am a new user and didn't find anything that would help me. Anyone with an answe is welcome to email me with help.

A number of games need a patch etc to run from copied discs, do a google search for it.

Thanks a lot. After spending over an hour on the phone with tech support they could not even get the original cd to work. I had looked for aanything to use to make it work but for some reason it still wouldn't. I am also guessing that there is a file on the disk that I can't find when I try to copy it. I had burned a copy for a friend of mine and he could not get it to install. The one I burned a copy of had worked in my computer but after making a copy it would not install for some reason. When you would try to install it it would say please insert the original disk.

Beats me but am trying to talk them into making me a good deal on a copy of the newest version the have. The one I have is G-2 and now they have G3.5 I guess I will have to wait and see what will happen.

Thanks again Colin

Just about all games are copy protected.

You can't make a perfect copy.

If you have the correct hardware, and you know what you're doing, you can make a working copy, but it's far easier using a no cd patch.

Just do a Googly for Real Flight 2 no cd or whatever.

If nobody has made one, there are programs available to make your own.

Again do a Googly.
