I need some help here if possible, i've installed Nero easy enough, it looks like most of the fuctions work except for a few key ones:

Erasing the cd/dvd disc does not work, it comes up with a box titled NeroCBUI and inside of that it says "no recorder available that supports erasing disc" even though using one of the tools in nero called TEST DRIVE it detects my drive which is a Lite-on.

Also when I try to burn data on disc using nero it only shows an image drive and not my lite-on to burn too.
