I am helping an older guy with his Nero 7. The program initially worked fine. However recently Nero Express will no longer browse with the + Add Files button applied. It flickers but the browser does not come up to allow for adding files. Drag and drop from Windows Explorer works but not the app browser function. Also in Nero Vision when trying to use the create slide show function as soon as you attempt to browse to add files vision locks up completely, requires termination through the windows application termination routine. I updated Nero to the latest version which didn't fix it, I uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck and also cleaned the registry between the installs. Still the same symptoms. It anyone has any idea on what to try short of a clean XP installation I would be happy to know. Thanks in advance.

I've had similar problems with Nero 7, and so have many others.

All I can suggest is you use the Nero Clean Tool to completely remove it, then reinstall it. (try to have minimum burning programs installed so there is less chance of corruption or conflict)

If that fails, then go back to Nero 6. It does everything 7 does, without the bugs.
