I have a HP Pavilion dv6000 notebook with a Matshita DVD Writer.
Untill recently I was able to write CDs/DVDs without any errors.
But now, I can't write DVDs/CDs anymore.
I used windows cd writing, nero, power iso etc. But it didnt work.
While using Nero , I tried to burn a CD RW and a DVD+RW, the burn begin and also completed but the verifying failed.
It said sector xxx of xx is different from source..
I tried using different medias like Sony,verbatim, moserbaer, but still got the same error.
One error is "Illegal write state".
The disks did burn but when I access it, nothing comes up in "my computer".
When I try to read the disc in a different computer, it says "the format is different from what windows can read".
