:uhwell: I need help! I think i recieved a virus on the internet trying to download I-Tunes. My cd rom drive stopped working and will not show up when I open My Computer. When I put in a disc, there is no response neither. Also, when I put in my Sandisk flashdrive, it doesn't work either.
The problem is because the configuration information ( in the registry ) is incomplete or damaged. Code 19???

So..can you someone please help me out??
I really don't know what to do..I tried re-booting my computer, which didn't work because some partion wasn't there or something. Is there anything that I can do?? Thanks a lot!

Also, I have disabled and enable the device various amounts of time, but it's still not working!

If it's XP, try the following Registry edit, which will resolve the corrupt Registry entry,
