I have a CDR that I use to backup files I want to save. I copy them to the CDR using Nero and with multisession checked. When I want to add files to my CD, I just do another multisession copy. The other day when I went to copy some more files I screwed up and copied them as NEW by mistake. I now cannot access the older files. All I can access are the new ones. I know the older data is still on the CD. My question is, is there a way to retrieve the data on the CD that I lost with some software or some other means? Or am I SOL. Thanks!!

You could try using Isobuster or Poweriso or a similar program, and see if you can extract the lost data off the cdr disc.

Thanks Chandler, I'll give it a try. At this point I have nothing to lose.

Chandler - wanted to let you know Isobuster worked beautifully. Was able to extract all the lost files on the CDR. Thanks again!!
