Dell 4200, win xp home, computer will recognize certain files on cd/dvd, such as program files, drivers, etc. but will NOT recognize certain cd's with video presentations. I have some presentations I have purchased and would like to view them on this pc. They can be viewed on my other pc which runs xp media center. all help appreciated.
