I have a emachines pc, and is coming with a dvd rom and cdrw drive,
I managed to make the pc to recognize the dvd rom but seems is not working
also it says that is a floppy disk (?) is no floppy on the pc, and do not reveals that is a cdrw drive on the pc, is it hardware or software? the dvd open and closes but when I put a dvd on it it says insert a disc, what may be?
please I don't know what to do...
