Renos.y is the name of the trojan that my AV software picked up (trend micro antivirus), but it's unable to delete the Trojan and I can’t open the drive D, E, F. so what do i do now?

That happens from time to time make sure that your virus program quarantined the virus (also called virus vault). It is literally like jail where the trogan can't get out and break your computer. Let it sit in jail for a while and eventually you should be able to delete it. Don't reinstall everything yet all hope isnt lost.
