i converted a .bin file to mpeg and played it in quicktime but if i put it to full screen it goes jumpy and will not play smoothly, its fine if the screen size is small.
does anyone know how i can stop this from happening

This could be due to your video card not being up to the job of handling the data required for full screen graphics.
Look at the refresh rate your monitor is set at, if only 60MHz try increasing it to 70MHz if your monitor can take it.

im not sure how to check the refresh rate on my monitor as for its a bush lcd2 screen and works as a tv as well tried going to the menu but it hasn't gt nethin to do with the refresh rate.
i have played other videos in full screen so i doubt its a problem with the graphics card

You can check the refresh rate at Start - Control Panel - Display - Settings - Advanced - Monitor.
Make sure the "Hide modes that this monitor cannot display" is checked, my LCD monitor's screen refresh rate is set at 75MHz.
