i tried turning my other computer on and ther is no signal coming from it, i've changed the graphics card and had no luck and its not the monitor or cable as for use the same one for both computers and it works fine with this one

the cpu is an intel 2.3 ghz i think nt sure tho
i gt 512mb of ram

You mean there is no display on screen ?.

If not are there any beeps hered at boot up, if so make a note of the sequence of the beeps as this is a code to what the problem is.

Also if you can check that the memory installed is OK.

Also you could try another power supply.

yes ther is no display on the screen, i checked for any beeps and ther wasn't any, what do u mean by check if the memory was installed ok i have had the memory in ther for a while now and its worked fine, i will try anotha power suply and get back to u
