Try www.windriver.com and look down at the bottom of the page.
And I found this driver, http://www.suma.co.kr/zboard/view.php3?id=drv_vga&no=98&exec=filedown&fn=1&page=&keykind=&keyword=

NVIDIA www.nvidia.com has released an updated driver that's compatible with Windows XP. Detonator XP Unified Driver Architecture software should provide about a 30-50 percent increase in performance for all NVIDIA graphics processing units (GPUs) in both DirectX and OpenGL application programming interfaces. The new drivers will upgrade GPU families including TNT, GeForce2, and GeForce3. The free driver update also offers full hardware and software acceleration for Windows XP.
