what program do you use?

I'd like to recommend a software, specially designed for this DVD & iPod occasion, which is Xilisoft DVD to iPod Converter. I always use it as I fancy watch videos in the subway when I am boring.....So, here's some simple steps to use it:
1. Download, install and run on http://www.xilisoft.com/dvd-to-ipod-converter/tutorial.html.
2. Click "open DVD" to load it.
3. Click "Profile" to select output format, normally MP4 for iPod.
4. Click "start ripping".
5. Put the output files into iTunes library and transfer them into iPod.
