View Full Version : Add second DVD-RW drive and WinXP won't start.

I have a particularly strange issue. When I add a second DVD-RW drive to my WinXP SP3 system windows will no longer boot up. If I disconnect the second DVD-RW drive all's well.

Can anyone advise me why the addition of the second DVD-RW drive should cause WinXP Pro SP3 to fail to start up. Thxs

just to let you know..... I've just upgraded my PSU to 600 watts. Same problem still persists.
