start up error message?

hi have got a 1.5 pentuim 4, running xp home addition, packard bell machine, i had trouble putting free aol internet trail on , when running the aol , it started dailing up then the pc would restart it self no c drive check for errors either on the shut ?.. any way sorted that out toke off aol and reinstalled it, but have error message on start up saying Ppwebcph.dll file was missing cannot load program please reinstall the Ppwebcph.dll to correct this problem, have had a good search for it and havent uninstalled anything but the aol program,so any ideas or links to a helpfull site to correct this error thanks all..

gotta few ideas
did you get a restore cd with the pc
if you did .
start the pc with a floppy boot disk
so that you can runthe cdrom in dos
you should have a folder on the cd saying restor pc
it will ask for youre registration details
and serial number
type in serial
and press go
it will format the hard drive and reinstall all the software
for you
you should then end up with it running like new then reinstall aol
job done
