Most iPod users are not very good at using iTunes. It is very difficult to use, and you can not transfer your songs back to your computer when your computer crashed down, if it is not purchased from Apple Store. So I had not used iTunes for a long time on my Mac since I found Aiseesoft iPod Manager for Machttp://www.aiseesoft.com/ipod-manager-for-mac.html

It can both backup your iPod songs, movie/video and image on your Mac and import your local files to your iPod anytime without worrying loosing other info.
This article aims to show Mac users how to import files to iPod without iTunes and backup iPod info on Mac.

I google iPod Manager to manage our iPod and found this software. It is a best iTunes Alter native(iTunes Alter nativehttp://itunes-alternative.ipodtransfer.net/ipod-manager-to-manage-ipod-without-itunes.html), which can transfer iPod files from computer to iPod, ipod to pc, iPOD to itunes, or ipod to ipod etc.
