How to burn and convert MPEG/AVI to DVD disc, DVD folder, or ISO file
AVI to DVD Converter, a powerful DVD creating tool which provides an easy solution to convert AVI to DVD. Here is a step-by-step guide to show you how to burn AVI files to DVD, DVD folder or ISO image.
Step 1: Insert a DVD (DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW, DVD-5 or DVD-9)
Step 2: Load videos
Start AVI to DVD Converter and load the files to convert by clicking "Add Video Files" option from the "File" menu or click the "Add Video Files" button at the left below interface.

Step 3: Set parameters
After the video file loaded, you can set the relevant parameters according to your needs.

Customize the output aspect resize method: check the file and click the "Resize Method" combo-box. There are 3 choices for you:
Letterbox: add black stripes to fit the output aspect ratio.
Pan and Scan: crop frame to fit the output aspect ratio.
Full Screen: stretch and compress frame to fit the output aspect ratio.
Step 4: Create and edit DVD menu (Optional)
Click the "Template" button at the right top of the interface to select one of the templates from the drop-down list as your DVD menu.

More, you can edit the DVD menu with your favorite music and picture. Please click the "Edit" button beside "Template", check box before "Background Music" or "Background Picture to add music or picture and type "Menu Topic" to give the DVD menu a title. Change the title color by clicking the "Font Color" button at the right of "Menu Topic" input box. After all are done, click "Preview" to see what the DVD menu looks.

Tip: You can use the "Edit" function if you just want to directly convert a segment of the video.
1. Check the file you want to trim and click "Edit" button at the left of the interface or click "Edit" option from "Edit" menu to open "Video Edit" window.

2. Click "Play" button to preview the video, and then drag the slider to choose the start position of the video segment and click "Set Begin" to locate. Choose the end and click "Set End" button. You can set this segment as the video preview displayed in the preview window of DVD menu you create by clicking "Set Title Miniature", or just keep default.

3. Finally, click "OK" button to apply, and then a pencil icon will appear at the left of the fixed video file.
Step 5: Choose Destination
Click the "Destination" combo-box to choose the form of the output file. You can choose to make DVD disc directly, or to save DVD folder or ISO files in your computer for backup.

Click "Start Burn" button to get started or click "Start Burn" from "Actions" menu.
