I've tried a couple of players now without success. When trying to us PCFreindly which was included on the DVD I was trying to play , I got an error message saying a DVD decoder was not installed on my machine. I followed the link for their online support but couldnt find any info

Have you tried either Win DVD or Power DVD??

tried power dvd but no joy. I'll give winDVD a try
