I'd like to know how to create a CDR that can be autostarted in both PC and MAC. The contents of the CD will be HTML and the associated images etc. Must be able to create on a PC.
I know about autorun.inf on the PC. Is there an equivalent for the MAC?
Do I need to worry about filenames? I have long PC but could make 8.3.
Thanks,

There was something in Toast 4.x (Mac CD Burning Program) that let you chose files to autorun, I seem to remember the old forum having a thread in the Mac area about this.

I believe that Toast has an option to create the MAC side but I'm on a PC.

I'm going to move this to the Mac forum where perhaps someone can help you.

Elaine,
Thanks for moving to MAC area. I'd meant to post both places but didn't for some reason. I have to be able to create the CDs on a PC as I do not have access to any MACs.
Thanks again.

I'm thinking easiest way to get this done would be to have someone with a Mac set you up.

I located a program for PC and MAC that will create an image that when placed on a CDR will autostart on both the PC and MAC. The program is called CDEveryWhere. http:\\www.CDEveryWhere.com
Personal version is $39.95.
Thanks for all of the help.
