i just got a cd rw for my dell inspiron lap top its the one that slots in the front some times when i turn my computer off it dont want to boot back up it has just started to do this since i put the new drive it can any one help please :furious:

Greets :) Have you try booting in to the "safe mode" to making sure there arn't any "Ghost" cdrom's hanging around !! Also you could check the BIOS And see if the Option of Booting to the cdrom "TICKED" and maybe disable it!! And see if it boots on through to the OS fine. :DOnlymenotu:D
