I download a version of The Sims Hot Date.exe i unpack it and burn it on a cd, i can start the install and type in the password that was included, when it ask where i want to install the game and ok it say wrong cd ?????
What to do now, maybe u have a link so i can download the game again (i got it from Napster)

Look again it's looking for the disk from a previous version of Sims.

ok, but i have all the other sim games installed (The Sims, Livin Large, House Party), so what do i do?? Just put one of the other Sim's cdrom in and run the Hot Date install from the harddisk ?

what was the cd key u got with the game?

i am new here soo.... what is the cdkey?? Is it the reg.code or something

im having a problem with it once it gets to the point of switching cds i put in hot date and it keeps on saying to insert the cd

now i downloaded another version of the hot date game, this one was more easy to unpack it dont say wrong cd, now i have on my hd sims/ .... and i have a new directory expansionPack3 and some files, i run them all from my HD and the sim.exe is now overwrited by the new sim.exe (hot date) but it can not start up, i try to burn all the files to a cd and start it from there, and i try to put the sim houseparty cd and run hotdate on my hd, i cant understand why, is it always so difficult to play downloaded games?

No, when hot date installs it asks for the disk of the previous version installed to copy some files, if you have houseparty it is asking for this disk?
After it copies those files it will return to the hot date files.

Yea with the regular sims i have it on a burned cd and it saysinsert correct cd
