Looks like Houston Tech only rebadges their mobo`s. Look here: http://computertech.server101.com/xpro.htm

This site says the mobos are made by Hsing-tek, which now is called Pc-chips......
Lots of uncertainity here, it seems.....

I found a BIOS on this site : http://www.pcchips.com.tw/BIOS.html
BUT: The only versions there are M741 LR and M741LRT!!!

Flashing with the wrong BIOS could destroy your mobo

Edit: This should work! I read the little text high up on the page more thoroughly!

***Motherboard model name consist of a number ,either with or without a suffix (LR;LMR;MR).

Driver on models with LMR and LR suffix are the same. (e.g. M817LMR and M817LR driver are the same). For models with the same number, but an MR suffix or no suffix, driver are also the same.(e.g. M817LMR and M817 driver are the same).***
