I've tried this but kept getting server connection time-out problems - like continually / always... : (

In fact for all the attempts to use it I've downloaded ONE mp3... So I keep on using Morpheus, which is not too bad, and fairly functional - at least it seems to keep connections better.

I love the look of it and the search results and the general functionality - it would be GREAT to be able to use it!! When I set up a few requests, the connection with server always times out. Perhaps I need to change some settings or something..

It *does* look good - Goatherder - Any suggestions appreciated... : )

Yeah is not really wrong with that except for those small problems that it.But there are
alot out there like morpheus also imesh and
aim.I think now is better to compare those also
to see which is right for you in your point of view and your opinion. So it really depends.

mr goat... (or anyone..)...

Any suggestions re server connection timeouts using winmx as per my posting 3 above this one??

I presume it's a 'setting' type of issue, but damned if I can find what it may be - I've scoured the entire product for a method to stop this happening....

I *would* like to use winmx, but this problem prevents it...

Fanx dudes and dudettes......

Are you behind a firewall or on a network. I had problems like that before and it was because of those 2 issues.

audiogalaxy for a long time has been the best by far for me. as far as spyware issues just don't let it act as a server.
