Iomega only supplies the XP driver if you purchase their inferior burning software for $20 (thanks for the wonderful support iomega, :furious: NOT!). Anyone know where I can find?

Are you trying to use the XP burning software? If you are don't it's not as good as anything else. Other that just install ASPI's, I use Compel ASPI and they work great. I use Nero, CloneCD and Easy CD Creator Platinum. They all work great but Easy CD is slowest program disc to disc and it's picky as far as media go, media that I use in nero at 24x burns at 20x in Easy CD.
Happy burning.

Try this CompelASPI (http://site.***********/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=getit&lid=115). I download this and had no problems but I would say always do a virus check. I like this program better then ForceASPI its easier to install and has a checker
Update.
Apparently I can't give you a download link even though its a direct link to just the download so all I can say is do a search for it in goggle and you can find it. I tried to find it on a different site that the forum would like but they didn't work.

I also found this in the forum. I just installed the new adaptec ASPI's 4.70 for XP (http://www.adaptec.com/worldwide/support/drivers_by_product.html?cat=/Product/ASPI-4.70) but I haven't tried to burn so I don't know how they work. For the record I had a problem using ForceASPI to where I had to go into dos and remove them so I don't use or recommend them. One thing that is nice is adaptec included a checker.
Good luck.
