It looks encrypted to me

Looks to me like it was sent in a language you do not have installed on your PC. For instance, I don't have the Japanese language pack installed, and if I go to a Japanese site, that is exactly what it looks like. I can't translate it, but if you are worried about it, I wouldn't be. I have gotten similar emails before. It was just because it was in another language, and I didn't have the particular language pack installed.
