I would say Nero (http://www.ahead.de/en/download.htm) or Feurio (http://www.feurio.com/English/index.shtml).

i would say nero is the best (at the moment anyway) but the simplest to use for me has to be click and burn.It is very very simple but still does the job.

nero is tha best 4 that. ezcd creator is also ez to use ;)

Both EZCD and Nero are excellent for audio burning.

For CD Text and Enhanced CD burning, I prefer Nero, though.
