havn't had any real trouble with cd-clon and backing up..but out of 3 tries
with spyro year of the dragon.. i got 1 to get to 2nd level then black
screen...2nd sarted then black...3rd wont start...is it protected in a different way...any help appreciated..........

Scan it with clony and use the sugested settings, read at 4x max & burn at
8 x max, What sort of burner do you have.

Try downloading a patch for the game at www.megagames.com and your gonna need to make a bin/cue with CDrwin.

thnx i have a liteon8x4x32 but i only use cdclone demo which only lets u
run at 2x time's no prob.and Brandono at megagames there was no patch 4 that game..it went from spec something to star treck..spyro wasn't in
the order?????? maybe different settings on clone..my cdrwin says no cdrom at scsi bus..i havn't got a scsi controller...any other ideas..thanx..

Which one did you download? the +3 trainer +12 trainer, etc. Who made that patch(It says right to the right of the patch)?

Well its up to you on what you want to download. I wanted to know which one you downloaded so I can read the instructions and help you with the c:/programme.exe . Download what ever one you want then tell me which one. If you plan on cheating in the game then download the one with the most trainers. If your not going to cheat then just get the PAL/NTSC selector and protection fix. Just remember which one it is in case you need help. If it comes with a .ppf then just make an image of the game with CDRwin(bin/cue) then download PPF-O-Matic from megagames.com and you shoudl be able too do it from there.

Do you have a PAL(EURO) game or NTSC(US) game? Because the first patch is a PAL and won't work on the NTSC version of the game. So If your in the US then get a NTSC patch.

What problems are you having with c:\programme.exe? What is Programme.exe? Did it come with the patch or something?

Hi Brandono had probs with the net so just getting back..the disc was bought in Australia ..does that help..as 4 the other it just pops up so wont worry about it yet..r u confused i am..thanx 4 your help aggggain.

Australia uses PAL so make sure you have a patch made for the PAL version of the game.

Download CDrwin www.goldenhawk.com and Make a BIN and CUE image of the game.
Open CDrwin and click the middle top button "Extract disc/track/sectors"
In Extract mode make sure "Disc image/cue sheet" is selected. Pick the cd reader its in and under pick where you want the file to go. Hit start.

Once done download PPF-O-Matic from www.megagames.com and unzip it and open it. Make sure you patch is unzipped some where. Where it says "PPF file" click the disk to the left of it and find the patch you unzipped.
Where it says BIN file click the disk next to it and find the Bin you created with CDrwin. Click Apply and if it says the file size doesn't match then you have the wrong version.
