I saw at think price thay have a new r mod that dosent eject the tray at mach 1 has anyone used this yet and does anyother sites offer this new chip? Thanks for reading

I have used it and I have 3 left for sale. It doesn't have the bulky jumpers on the board like the first version. I sell them for $25 shipped in the USA.

hey oconbudget can i get your email I am interested. You have the version 2 one right. So that means tray comes out normal. with this I can use a new Gameshark v2.01 right or do I have to get one of the 1.93 ones.

how can i get one of the new r-mod chip oconbudget? do you have a site and references? do you take paypal?

just want to tell you guys I leave in US, and have ordered the V2 R-mod from www.thinkprice.com. The chip does work like it says on the description, It doesn't eject your tray like the V1 ( which is like rocket), but it's still faster than original about 1/4 more than original speed. Overall I satisfy about this chip. I would suggest you guys who still using V1 to upgrade the chip to V2.
I also found a boot method which is really easy and 100% reliable:
1. Insert you gameshark v2.01 wait until the the menu appear.
2.Ignore this for cd and skip to step 3 and use this for DVD backups games, change the gs2 cd with the ori dvd by press the eject button normal and place you ori dvd and press the eject again normally wait for 10 seconds.
3.choose the gameshark code and pick any game you like turn on or off any code on the game and press the start button.
4. After that you will be on the with or without code screen, choose without code by pressing X.
5.The screen will ask to change the game, again you press the X, after that the Update Code List window will be appear as soon as you see that swap the gs2 cd with your backup using the normal Rmod method by holding the reset button afew seconds, as soon as the try close completely it will boot automatically no need to press the X again.
