I went to Microcenter and I saw a sale on blank cds. The blank cds were 80min cdrs for audio only. So is there a difference between music cdrs and regular cdrs? Could I used the muisc cdrs to burn other stuff besides music?

Don't waste your money on these, they have an added cost included for the RIAA. These are what you HAVE to use in a CD Duplicator, you need not use them in a PC application. They are no different or better.
