Someone who owns an Xbox claimed that all the games for the box supports DTS?

Can anyone confirm this?

Whats DTS?

i think it stands for digital theatre sound

None of the xbox games have DTS soundtrack, atleas not to my knowledge. Some of them have DD5.1 sound, i.e Halo. I think what your friend mean's is that the xbox is capable of passing the DTS soundtrack found on movies. It has nothing to do with xbox's sound decoding as you still need an amp capable of DTS. And yes DTS is a Digital Theatre Sound. It has a larger bit rate so it usually has crispier sound and more punch in the low-end of the sound. Otherwise it's pretty much the same as DD5.1
