I usually use white top CDrs like datasafe, white label and mirror etc

Today I got 100 on a spindle and when I got back I realised they were silver top. They are supposed to be Discrite media. Does somebody have an opinion as to whether or not these CDRs are any good. I use them to back up most of my stuff like PS1,PS2,Audio and VCD.

In general are silvers tops good enough?

Maybe I should just burn 1 of each format and see how I go?

Any opinion appreciated.

Hi m8, in my opinion they are just as good, but with any goods you buy you like to see the label, try them out!

if i get silver tops i always put a label on it - had a few that peeled at the edges after a while other than that there as good printed ones

Cheers guys.

So if they are looked after they are just as good as any other?

As far as I know discrite dont make an unbranded Discrite, if its discrite it should have a swirl on the inner edge ?
