Well, I seriously doubt you're gonna find one that cheap, but I know a relatively cheap site, www.consolesource.com. You can get a GameHunter plugmod for US $12.99 or a GameHunter Lite for something like US $9.99, both come preloaded with codes, but you can't add codes to the GH Lite, so if you come across a game with chip detection, then you can't use a code to fix it.
