Hi guys,

I'm a newbie and need help with my Sony Spressa...it keeps freezing up during the testing procedure. My computer's performance level is at 94%. I read before some help hints but can't find it in this site anymore.....any suggestions? There are also times when my computer does not recognize that there is a cd burner installed. I need help badly......:eek:
