Rip the CD+G track a to bin file and use MP3GToolz to convert the bin to a MP# and CDG file pair. You will need MP3GToolz (http://karaokedj.dnsalias.com/Mp3GToolz/default.asp).

You may need a different burner to rip individual tracks. Most people that use LG burners report very little success ripping / burning tracks in this fashion (no graphics), wearas complete backups yield mixed results with CloneCD.

The issue in this case is will the drive read CD+G, and is it supported by CDRWIN for this.

Slow your read speed down to 1x. CD+G is very difficult to rip (if it's a perfect CD+G try 4x). Check the CD+G box, Error Recovery should be set to Abort, Jitter Correction to Auto, and Subcode Analysis to Auto. Set Read Retry Count to 21 ( just a guess but it must be high enough the read doesn't abort when it hits a sector it has a problem reading), and the Subcode Threshold should be the default of 300.

BTW, the Dart Karaoke Studio CD+G Player (http://www.karaokevision.com/403070005.php) will read and play the .bin files, so you can verify the rip was good without actually burning or even converting it to MP3+G. A very usefull tool.
