is it possible to burn an SVCD bin/cue to a DVD instead of CD?

i want to do this so that i dont have to use 2-3-4 CDs for each film, and just burn the bin/cue files one after the other to the DVD.

will this work?

No. Not unless you just want to store the files.

but you can use an authoring program to import the .dat file off the svcd and create a new title with all three or four files
don't ask me how to do it cos i don't know its a little project i'm working on my self at the mo
I do know however that sonic dvdit-pe will allow you to import the svcd .dat file

i'll let you know if i get any further

cos i know some people here and elsewhere are doing it and will not divulge the info

as playdays said, you can burn your svcd onto dvd but not from a bin.cue file.

If you look in a topic I started (may well be on 2nd or 3rd page by now)
someone posted me a link to a web page that tells you how to do it.

Hope this helps ! ;-)
