whenever i run my tv card for too long i get a blue screen and this message 'dumping physical memory' ...i guess it's a stability problem or a driver problem....but i was wondering if i could just turn this facility off?

To turn off the writing of debugging info goto control panel -> system -> advanced TAB -> startup and recovery -> write debugging information and choose "none" from the drop-down list.
