Guys can you help me out I need to delete all the internet files of an old PC that i used to have, i have deleted all my cookies, temporary internet files and internet history but there are some sites that still remember passwords, e-mails and usernames etc,that i have entered previously. I was going to give the PC to a friend but i didn't want him to see details that could lead to him seeing my credit card details just to be on the safe side.

Is there anyway i can permanently delete these files from my pc?
