i don't seem to be able to extract this kinda format of .rars
its goes like:
lom.part01.rar
lom.part02.rar
lom.part03.rar
lom.part04.rar
lom.part05.rar
lom.part06.rar
lom.part07.rar...etc all the way to 23
i know how to extract normal .rars like .00X or .rar - .rXX
but this kind format doesn't seem to be able to extracted by my program...
any suggestions?

Try renaming them r00,r01,etc.

Scrap that thought... Download winrar 3.

i have gotten stuff like that before if you winrar installed all you have to do is dbl click on the first one :)
