The author of the current divX on dreamcast player, which hopefully will be released soon, has already said that it'll be impossible to do it anywhere near as well as the PCs on the market now. yng68bld Jan 22, 2002, 11:33 PM the divx decoder needed at least a pen 2 450 to run decently at all and the dreamcast processor clock speed is only about 200mhz. It will not run properly at all IMO due software decoding. |
