what if i buy something from this somebody and they don't send my stuff is it possible to get my money back because i'll be buying an xbox if it is safe to trade/buy

Caveat Emptor (let the buyer beware). How would you get your money back from buying from any individual, you can't force anyone to return your money legally? Unless they take credit cards where they don't get paid until you are satisfied with the transaction, because the credit card company will look out for your interests (so they can get paid). Therefore you must trust the seller.

can track it down..yes and u r in the hands of the so-called trustworthy
people...company sites r covered by law..have a bit of a talk with the person 1st if u can to get their drift ..1 can only hope 4 fair play..cheers.
