Where can I get the best GBA emulator ?
Is the grafic of the GBA games is the same on the PC and on the GBA machine ?

They have a list of emulators with info on each.

My borther has one running on windows XP......not sure what the emulator is, but the graphics are spot on. Any decent PC should have no trouble running GBA roms exactly like the GBA would. Plus, you get bigger screen, although the graphics may be slightly "blockier" due to resolution issues. ( i may be wrong on this....not sure what resolution the GBA uses)

I haven't tried all the emus, but currently I'm using Boycott Advance and I don't really have any major complaints about it.

visual boy advance 0.9
had no trouble with this plays all of the gameboy games gb/gbc/gba

How do you tell if the rom is complete I dl some from kazaa and they dont work maybe its because kazaa sucks

Check the file size.....i think (although somebody correct me if i am wrong).....that all GBA games come in sizes of multiples of 32 Mbit, although if it's a crappy ROM then they could easily fill up the space with junk to make it look like a multiple of 32
