Since the DC has a somewhat working version of Linux with xWindows on it, is there any chance that we could see Mugen ported to Dreamcast?

Well, this is about 8 months old, but I figured I'd bump it anyway.
Maybe it's changed in that time. Has anyone seen anything about Mugen for Dreamcast? I think it would be the greatest thing ever.
Finally, Marvel v. Capcom 3, or Marvel Super Heroes 2, or an all X-Men fighting game with like 40 people (including Nate Gray, Beast and so many others.)

on the mugen website the developers say they will not release the source code. and also they stated that they would not develop mugen for consoles
