QUESTION about NTSC / PAL patched games.

If I test a psx game (with x-cheated) if it is PAL or NTSC.
x-cheated says its NTSC. Is it possible that it is patched
to NTSC or to PAL???:beer: :zombie:

if it is already in NTSC, then there is no need to patch it to ntsc, then you'll only want to patch it to pal or leave it in ntsc.
